What’s your role at Tritec?

As Founding Director of Tritec, I’m heavily involved in the practical delivery of our projects, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and supporting our site teams. I carry out quality control visits, complete material take-offs, and provide return-to-work support where required to ensure jobs are completed to the highest standard.

Tell us more about your responsibilities.

I organise on-site operative training and ongoing support, manage and maintain Tritec’s plant, and oversee the procurement of equipment — keeping inventory logs up to date to ensure everything is available and compliant. I also handle material procurement, research new equipment, and develop new plant and tools that can better support our site teams and improve the way we work.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, spending time with my family, and coming up with inventive, outside-the-box ideas to help push Tritec forward.

What’s your role at Tritec?

As Operations Director at Tritec Building Contractors Ltd, I oversee the day-to-day running of our projects and ensure that everything we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. I work closely with our teams, clients, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and to maintain the level of service Tritec is known for.

My role involves coordinating project operations from planning through to completion, ensuring our processes run smoothly and our teams have what they need to succeed. I manage resources, support project managers, streamline workflow, and help drive continuous improvement across the business. Ultimately, I’m responsible for making sure our operations are reliable, efficient, and aligned with Tritec’s long-term vision.

What’s your role at Tritec?

As Founding Director at Tritec, I’m responsible for overseeing site surveys and project delivery from start to finish. This includes managing paid survey reports, material take-offs, pre-start inspections, project progress checks, and final sign-off to ensure every job is completed to a high standard.

I oversee material procurement and ordering, support project planning alongside our Project Coordinator, and manage on-site teams by providing the equipment, guidance, training, and support they need to work efficiently and safely. I also maintain equipment logging and implement robust quality control measures across all projects to ensure consistency and excellence in our work.

What’s your role at Tritec?

In my role as Assistant Operations Manager at Tritec, I’m involved in the full management of projects from start to finish. This includes work order procurement, detailed project planning, and overall project coordination, working closely with the Operations Director to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Tell us more about your responsibilities.

I attend site meetings when required, support tender reviews and estimating, and manage the company fleet, including servicing schedules, MOTs, tax, insurance, repairs, and inspections. I also maintain a clean and organised warehouse space and assist senior management with stock and plant checks to ensure everything is accounted for and ready for use.

Outside of work, I’m a semi-professional goalkeeper and an experienced football coach, dedicating a significant amount of time to developing players and the game. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

What’s your at Tritec? 

I’m responsible for managing Health & Safety across all Tritec projects, ensuring compliance and best practice at every stage of work.

Tell us more about your responsibilities.

My role includes producing key documentation such as RAMS, CDM and Phase Plans, Access Plans, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, and survey forms, as well as keeping company policies up to date. I record and investigate Health & Safety incidents, producing reports and implementing improvement actions where required. I also manage company compliance with accreditations, complete client PQQ submissions, and oversee contractor compliance — including training records, insurance, and documentation. This also involves booking training for our in-house team. 

Alongside this, I manage service and maintenance scheduling at the head office, carry out weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting checks, support the estimating team by producing quotations when required, and develop social media marketing campaigns to promote the business.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing padel, following my favourite football club, Manchester United, and spending quality time with family and friends.

What’s your role at Tritec?

In my role as Technical Surveyor at Tritec, I carry out detailed site audits and surveys across live and upcoming projects. This includes live project auditing, pre- and post-site surveys, material take-offs, manufacturer surveys, and attending client meetings to ensure all technical and project requirements are clearly understood.

I produce detailed survey reports, provide ongoing support and assistance to Tritec operatives on site, and work closely with senior management to help maintain plant and keep accurate inventory logs of key equipment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son — we’re usually playing various sports together, and I especially love watching him play football for his team. I enjoy socialising and spending time with my mates. I am also a big foodie and love trying different restaurants.

What’s your role at Tritec?

My role as Finance Administrator at Tritec, I manage the company’s full accounting processes. This includes working with SAGE, ledger recording, In invoicing, monthly returns, staff payments, timesheets, CRM implementation, debt recovery, and supplier payments, ensuring the business finances run smoothly and accurately.

I also manage Tritec Industrial Service & Supply Ltd, overseeing sales, stock purchasing, and stock logging. Alongside this, I carry out weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting testing and provide general ad hoc administrative support to assist the wider Tritec management team.

Fun fact about you.

I love crosswords and enjoy a good challenge that keeps my brain ticking. I’m a big fan of game shows and like to play along to see how I’d do, and if there’s a quiz on, chances are I’m watching—or even taking part in a pub quiz. I never miss my favourite soaps and always keep up with the latest drama. I enjoy activities that combine thinking, strategy, and a bit of fun. Outside of that, I love walking with my dog and spending quality time with my family and friends.

I am the Senior Administrator & Accounts Support at Tritec Group, where I play a key role in supporting both the finance department and the wider operational team. My position is varied, covering a broad range of administrative, accounts, and compliance responsibilities to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Within accounts, I use SAGE 50 to support financial processes, including maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, assisting with invoicing, processing subcontractor expense claims in the CRM system, and issuing remittances to suppliers and contractors. I also provide ongoing support to the Finance Administrator and assist with service and supply orders.

On the administrative side, I am responsible for ensuring compliance across all suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors, including managing certifications, insurances, and training records. I organise statutory servicing and inspections, and prepare key documentation such as project reports and PQQ submissions; eventually, I will prepare the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for clients.

I also support front-of-house duties as the first point of contact for calls and visitors, contribute to marketing activities including social media and case studies, and assist with onboarding new staff, HR coordination, recruitment support, and general office operations.

With many years of experience in office-based roles, I have developed a strong understanding of what is required to keep administrative and financial processes running efficiently. As a new member of the Tritec Group, I am excited to continue developing my skills, contribute to the team, and learn more about the services we provide.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising and spending time with my partner, family, and friends. I have a passion for fashion and beauty, and I love live music and festivals, especially when the summer arrives… the tunes hit differently in the sunshine.

I love going out to restaurants and trying new places, as well as travelling and unwinding on holiday—ideally somewhere sunny with a fine wine in my hand whilst listening to the waves!
