Euroclad Elite
This system typically consists of an external profiled metal sheet (steel or aluminium), an inner liner or structural deck, a spacer system (the “Quattro” spacer), and insulation (often mineral-wool / mineral-fibre quilt insulation) between the layers, creating an integrated roof or wall build-up.
Refresh Roof Systems
Refresh is designed to boost building longevity while utilising the existing structure, enhancing exterior aesthetics, and enabling the installation of PV arrays. It also allows buildings to remain operational during improvement works. The Refresh Roof Systems Range is available with profile finishes that complement the Elite 2, 3, and 4 System Ranges, and can incorporate additional insulation material without requiring the removal of the existing roof covering.
Roofspan®
Roofspan is an external sandwich roof panel, featuring a trapezoidal steel outer sheet, a stone wool core and a flat steel liner sheet. These panels are supplied with a 37.250.1000 profile and can be applied to structures with a minimum post-deflection roof pitch of 5°.
Europanel®
The Europanel Range is a secret-fix insulated sandwich wall panel used as a building solution where specific fire performance and acoustic requirements apply. Finished with a flat or satin line profile, it can also be offered with a distinctive V-Groove profile, which can be installed vertically or horizontally across the building façade.
Rainspan®
Rainspan is an external wall sandwich panel that allows rainscreens to be mechanically fixed to the exposed face. This system combines the benefits of a sandwich panel with the customer’s ability to specify and face-fix marketplace rainscreen options in an array of colours, textures and materials. This provides greater freedom of aesthetic and architectural expression.
Rockspan® Roof
Rockspan Roof is an external insulated sandwich roof panel with a through-fix joint detail that enables simple and fast construction. Manufactured with a stone wool core, the panel provides reaction-to-fire performance of A2-s1, d0 when tested and classified to BS EN 13501-1:2018. A building solution suitable for a wide range of applications and specifiable in an array of colours, it acts as the substrate to our weathering roof products, which are available in a wide range of aesthetic finishes.
Rockspan® Range
The Rockspan Range of external sandwich wall panels offers a through-fix joint detail to minimise construction time. These panels can be installed in both vertical and horizontal orientations and can be finished in a satin line or flat profile. This building solution is suitable for a wide range of applications and can be specified in an array of colours. Panels are also available with a distinctive V-Groove profile, which can be installed vertically or horizontally across the building façade.
