Tritec Building Contractors were appointed as the main approved installer for Oxford FC at Kassam Stadium, following a successful tender process. The project was awarded as a sub-contract through Premierseal, with the scope covering just under 1,500 linear meters of cut-edge corrosion treatment using Giromax® Edgecoat.
Given the high-level nature of the works, our operatives undertook all tasks using full-body harnesses, lanyard restraints, and fall arrest blocks, all connected to a tested and certified man-safe running line. Our team is fully trained in working at height safely, ensuring that all operations were completed without incident.
The Giromax® Edgecoat system was applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, providing durable, long-term corrosion protection for all exposed cut edges on the stadium roof and steelwork.
Upon completion, the client received a 10-year manufacturer-backed Giromax guarantee, providing assurance of the system’s longevity and the high standard of workmanship delivered by Tritec.
